Our ongoing commitment to customer service extends to staff training. We’ve created a suite of education resources so your staff fully understands the features of our CMMS system quickly. These resources equip your team members with the necessary information to aid the successful implementation of Maintenance Connection into your organisation.

In addition, we offer a range of training options to suit your business, staff and location.

Maintenance Connection Training Options

1. Classroom training sessions

Our custom training classes are ideal for organisations with a large number of employees to train, or if you have specific training needs.

2. Web-based training                         

This is a convenient option where your maintenance staff can log in and participate in a live, online training session with one of our maintenance consultants.

3. Onsite training at client premises

One of our Maintenance Connection consultants can perform customised training for your maintenance staff at your premises. (Travel costs and expenses are payable by the client).

4. Onsite training at Maintenance Connection

You can send groups of maintenance staff to attend Maintenance Connection’s training centre located in Brisbane, Queensland. (All travel arrangements are the responsibility of the client).
